Release Notes V3.7

Version 3.7 released  11-6-2010

1.    The user site selections are now stored in WxLocalSites.xml.

2.    Added the ability to speak the current conditions using text to speech.

3.    Added the ability to speak the current conditions using user definable wave files. 

 4.    Added the ability to specify the product identifier for each site.

 5.    The system tray temperature icon appears correct on windows 7.
