General changes to optimize the code.

Changing the comm port, to an invalid or non-existent port,
would cause an error message and the program would abort.
The program will now show the port as not opened and allow
the operator to select another port.

The File menu now has the option Show Ingest.
If the ingest engines are running in the background, this
option will cause the ingest screen to be displayed.
4.
Added the ability to delete files from the priority list
boxes while the program is executing.
Select the items by clicking them.
Multiple files can be selected by using control plus click or
shift plus click. After
the items are selected, press the delete key.
Note: You cannot delete a file that is being sent.
5.
When the transmit buffer goes below 50 characters, the
program will go ahead and start the next block/file.
This should eliminate pauses between blocks.

Changed the order that some of the log file entries are made.

The winsock error routines will now automatically close the
connection with an error.

If a status report was requested while the program was not
connected to the host master, the program would abort.
It will not attempt to send any requests to the host master,
when it is not connected to the host master.
WxRadar
1.
Changed the default time out value to 120 seconds.
If you have problems receiving images, change it to 240
seconds.
2.
If the View or Retrieve Now buttons are pressed, they will be
disabled until the operation completes.
This prevents errors caused by pressing them a second time
before the first operation completes.
3.
When Retrieve Now is pressed, the internal timer routine is
stopped until the retrieve completes.
This prevents the timer from starting a retrieve while one is
in progress.
4.
When the program is stopped while an operation is in
progress, it the program will “cancel” the current operation.
This should keep the program from remaining in memory.
5.
Added the ability to print the
displayed image. Use
the Print option user the menu File.

Now limits the logfile.txt size to 50000 bytes.
