Release Notes V2.1

Version 2.1 released  10-23-2004

       WxReTran

1.      The copy file routine now checks for windows error 32, file locked, and attempts a series of retries before reporting an error.

2.      Changed the local to UTC date conversion routine to use a different method.  The new method is more efficient.

1.      Updated the TCP/IP controls to the latest release.  

2.      The program now checks for a backlog of packets and increases the processing interval.

3.      Changed the program to log queue backlogs over 5.

4.      Changed the program to reset all connections if the backlog goes over 15 packets

5.      The pending packets field will turn yellow whenever the number of pending packets reaches five.  It will turn red when it reaches 15.  This will alert the operator that something has caused the program to serve packets slower than normal or expected.  

6.      The program will no longer execute the end all command from the Host Master.
