1.     Initial 3.0 release.

1.      The program now relaxes the verification requirement.  The client need only verify once.  The original requirement was once every 12 minutes.     

2.      Changed the internal maximum connections to 1000.  This does not effect the settings in the setup window.

            3.  Reworked the routines to use event driven logic.

            4.  Setup a secondary thread to send data to the clients.
