Version 3.1 released  6-16-2007

       WxReTran

1.      Corrected a problem with having spaces in the schedule path.  The format has been changed to require commas instead of spaces between the fields.  This change may cause your existing schedule items to be removed.  If you have scheduled items, edit the RtSched.txt file and change all spaces to a commas.

            2.  Corrected a problem with deleting items from the priority lists.

            1.  Added some additional error checking to the tcp/ip routines.

2.      Revised the program to communicate with clients using the beta EMWIN Version 2 Protocol.  This revision only works with clients that identify as version 2 clients.  The revision allows for variable length compressed blocks and will save on bandwidth.

3.      Checks to see if there are any version 2 clients connected before building a version 2 packet.  This is a minor optimization.
