     WxRetran

1.      Corrected an index problem when adding or removing from the discard list.

2.  Added support for baud rates 230400, 460800, and 921600.

3.      The process that compresses a block of files will now attempt to store the file name in uppercase. 

4.  Setting the com port to zero will disable the com port.

5.  Corrected an issue with the stats for priority queue 8.

6.      Corrected an issue with the program reporting an object not set error when clicking File and Exit on the setup screen.

     WxBBSrvr

1.      Corrected an issue with loading the correct baud rate from the serial ingest engine.

2.  Corrected an overflow exception when calculating the bits per second.

3.      Added some additional code to keep a verified client from being disconnected due to a partial identification packet.  There is an issue with the emwin procotol that causes an issue with knowing the length of the identification packet.

            1.  Program added to allow manual registration of WxRadar.
