1.    Updated the TCP/IP components to the latest version.

1.    Now defaults to port 2211, the IANA assigned port.

1.    Added additional code to verify the fixed ip address.

2.    Added additional code to verify the public ip address returned by the host master.  If we get an incomplete address, the program will change the ip address to 192.192.192.192 and highlight the server field in light red.
